What is the sports car club of america (SCCA)?
The SCCA is a national car club desgined to promote fun, safe, and legal forms of racing that anyone can participate in.
do i have to own a race car?
No! With the expection of certain events, most vehicles are allowed to participate.
How much does it cost to race?
This depends on the type of event. Some events are free, however some, have a small entry fee. For example, in an AutoCross event, SCCA members can register for $25 per event and non-members can enter for $35 per event.
How do i become a member?
You can become an SCCA member by visiting the SCCA website and applying for a membership. The yearly membership is available at a small yearly cost.
Where do the events happen?
